🎨 feat(assets): add HNTB white PNGs

Add MLH Banner / Add-MLH-Banner (push) Has been cancelled
Add HNTB white small and large PNG sponsor images and update
index.html to use the large white PNG instead of the SVG. This
ensures the sponsor logo displays correctly on dark backgrounds.
