Add the following user commands:
- list
- autopromote
List will list all users as a table, useful for debugging things
without pulling out the database or the admin page
Autopromote will automatically promote and email users off the
waitlist until capacity is reached
Pubnub was used to log things, but didn't work.
Fixed bugs:
- Code wasn't asynchronous
- xxl and xxs were not included as valid tshirt sizes
- No error thrown when someone trys to send a resume that's too big
